Custom items typically ship in 5-7 business days. Delays may occur if you've requested an item from a third party seller or, you've shipped an item you own for embroidery.
Items ship free with our standard shipping. Additional fees apply for expedited options.
We want you to love your item and will do our best to resolve any issues. We do not accept returns of custom embroidered items however, if your item is lost or damaged please contact us and we will work with our carriers to resolve any issues you may have.
Cancellations: Cancel your order within the first 24hours for a full refund. If you'd like to cancel an order already in our embroidery process however, please contact us and we will issue a partial refund if your order not yet embroidered and items can be added back into our stock.
Why can't I add the exact flannel I want before I order?
We're working on this feature however, there are a few reasons why its more difficult than it sounds. We tried to let customers choose flannels from the thrift store to add to an order however, the inventory overlap caused conflicts or "double-sold" items. Everyone was unhappy.
Because we focus on vintage and preowned items that don't come in variable sizes or color options like traditional "blanks" we have to list items individually. This process takes time and often, no matter how hard we try, we have a HUGE backlog as well as partners we can ask for items requested by customers.
We hope to solve this problem in the future but for now we are committed to writing a story that's good for the planet and unique for our customers.
When will I get my proof and how many options will I be given to choose from?
Your proof typically arrives in 3-5 business days with 3-5 options per item in your order. Your proof will allow you to approve an example embroidery of your handwriting and add more shirts to your order if you'd like.
Additional shirts are $59 each and include embroidery of the same writing in your order.
What if I don't like the options in my proof?
Although this is rare, we are happy to find additional items, embroider on shirts you ship to us or cancel your order for a partial refund of $75.
If you'd like a very specific pattern or type of shirt we recommend entering a link to an item you like on eBay or another marketplace.
